Non-Chinese Speaking Children (NCS Children)
The application procedure for NCS children is the same as for local children. We will render appropriate support to NCS students, such as provide teaching materials to help NCS students learn Chinese, bilingual (Chi/Eng) school notice, and organize activities to promote cultural integration and parent education. Entry of Non-local Children and Children Holding a Form of Recognizance to Schools in Hong Kong [excerpted from Education Bureau Circular No. 13/2015]]

Admission to non-public sector schools
Persons whose travel documents bear any of the following endorsements, or landing slips if applicable, can reside in Hong Kong for the purpose of education in non-public sector schools (including private schools, Private Independent Schools, Direct Subsidy Scheme Schools, English Schools Foundation Schools or international schools) only. They cannot be admitted to public sector schools:
(a) “STUDENT - Permitted to remain until (date^)”; and
(b) “STUDENT - Permission to remain extended until (date^)”.
Remarks^: the date showing the limit of stay in Hong Kong to be still valid at the time of admission to school.

Procedure for admission of non-local children
Unless clearance is obtained from the Director of Immigration, no child whose travel document/passport bears the endorsement "Visitor" over the immigration stamp or issued with a landing slip imposed with condition of stay "Visitor" upon arrival should be admitted to any school in Hong Kong.

Admission Criteria:

Pre-Nursery (DN): Students must be 2 years old at the time of enrollment
Nursery (K1): Students must be at least 2 years and 8 months old at the time of enrollment

Remarks:
1) The applicant from families in need of whole day classes will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day classes.
2) Good performance during the interview process
3) Parents agree with our school's educational philosophy
4) Applicants with siblings who are currently studying at our school will be given priority consideration

1. Documents submitted with the application will not be returned regardless of the applicant's admission status.
2. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before your application can be processed.
3. Should you wish to review/revise any data on your submitted application, please contact the office of the respective campus.
4. You may choose to submit your application online or in person. There is no limit on the number of applicants. Please do not submit duplicate applications.
5. The personal data collected is solely used for the purpose of admission on application and will not be used for any other purposes in any form. All personal data of applicants who are not admitted will be destroyed within one year after the submission of the application.

1. Application fees are $40. (Once your application is confirmed, all paid application fees are not refundable.)
2. Interview appointments to be notified by email.

Interview Arrangements:

1. The school will schedule interviews for all applicants.
2. Interviews for Day Nursery Section and Kindergarten Section will be scheduled in October and November 2025 respectively. Parents will be notified by email.
3. Individual interviews will be arranged.
4. Parents should accompany their children for interviews.
5. If translation service is required, please contact us. (When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants could be arranged where necessary, or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication. Announcement of Admission Results:

Day Nursery: We will inform parents of the admission results before 30 November 2025 by email.

Kindergarten: We will inform parents of the admission results before 12 December 2025 by email.

Registration Arrangements:

Day Nursery:
Parents should register for their children on the specified date mentioned in our email notification.

Kindergarten:

1. Parents should register for their children from 8-10 January 2026 ("Centralised Registration Dates") by submitting the original "2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission" (hereafter referred as "2026/27 RC") to the school and pay the registration fee.
2. If parents do not submit the "2026/27 RC" during the registration period, the registration of their child will be considered incomplete and the school has no obligation to validate the admission. It is crucial that parents submit the "2026/27 RC" during the specified registration period.
3. 2026/27 Registration fee for K1: $970 for half-day students / $1,570 for whole-day class. Registration fee will be refunded to parents in September. Should parents decide to change to another school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the "2026/27 RC". The registration fee will not be refunded. Upon receipt of the returned "2026/27 RC", the applicants will give up their admitted status automatically.

Students on waiting list: If school places are still available after the registration of admitted students, we will inform parents of wait-listed students by phone and email the specified date for registration at school.

Application for the “2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (for K1 applicants)

Parents are required to submit an application for the “2026/27 RC” to EDB from September to November 2025. Application:

1. Online Application (www.creative.edu.hk)

Application may be submitted online through our website www.creative.edu.hk . Required application fees are $40. (Once your application is confirmed, all paid application fees are not refundable.) You will be assigned an Application Number upon successful submission. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. If you haven't received the confirmation email with Application Number, please resubmit online again. All future communications including interview appointments, admission result, and enrollment notices will be sent exclusively by email.

2. In person
   Please have the following documents ready when applying in-person:

• Copy of your child's recent photograph (passport size);
• Copy of your child's birth certificate;
• Copy of your child's permit to study in Hong Kong (non-local children only); and
• A working email address that you check regularly. We will send you a confirmation email with your unique Application Number within one week. Please contact the office of the respective campus if you have not received the email within a week.

All future communications including interview appointments, admission result, and enrollment notices will be sent exclusively by email. Please check your email regularly.
